B.Ed Programme

C.M.S College of Education is unique in providing quality teacher education. The college is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Karapakkam, Chennai and recognized by NCTE, New Delhi. The B.Ed Course offered here is a two-year programme, consisting of four semesters, and it is offered for the following subjects:

Coaching classes for TET are conducted on a regular basis, and the number of candidates qualifying TET exams is increasing year after year. Spoken English classes are also conducted for enhancing the communication skills of students. The college has produced outstanding results in the University examinations over the past academic years.

M.Ed Programme

C.M.S College of Education offers the two-year M.Ed Programme of Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, with the aim to enable students undertake a variety of roles such as Teacher Educators, Educational administrators, Researchers, Curriculum Developers, Educational Policy analysts and School Principals. The course duration is two years, comprising of four semesters.
